The beta
Tamekame is an invite-only beta. Features may change, have errors, or be unavailable. You must be 18 or older and use your own accounts.
What Tamekame is, and isn't
- Tamekame points out possible savings and explains them. Savings figures are estimates, not guarantees. Prices, policies, and outcomes depend on the merchants and providers involved.
- Tamekame is not a bank, broker, insurance agent, or financial, legal, or tax adviser. Research it shows, such as published average prices, is general information, not a quote or advice.
- Tamekame never moves money, pays bills, opens credit, or makes purchases.
Requests Tamekame sends for you
- Tamekame sends a request (for example, a refund request email) only after you sign off on that exact request. It is sent from your email account and says it was sent with Tamekame on your behalf.
- You're responsible for checking the request before you sign off, including who it goes to and what it says.
- Merchants decide whether to grant refunds or adjustments. Tamekame reports what happens and doesn't accept offers or agree to anything for you.
- You can cancel a request before it's sent, and stop Tamekame from following one after.
Your accounts and data
You authorize Tamekame to read the accounts you connect, through Plaid and Google, to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect accounts or delete your Tamekame account at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use Tamekame with accounts you're not authorized to access, to send messages that are false or abusive, or to interfere with the service or other people's data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Tamekame is provided as is during the beta, without warranties, and isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for merchants' or providers' decisions. [To be completed with counsel.]
Ending the beta or your access
You can stop using Tamekame and delete your account at any time. We may end the beta or an account that breaks these terms, with notice where possible.
Changes
If these terms change, the app asks you to review and accept the new version before connecting new accounts.
